Challenge

In light of evolving market dynamics and shifting customer demands, Mogema's senior management recognized the necessity of launching a strategic initiative to enhance the company's positioning within the value chain. This decision was driven by the ambition to not only respond effectively to these changes but also to leverage them as an opportunity to strengthen Mogema's market standing whilst growing shareholder value.

How I helped

As management already knew exactly what needed to be done, my role was to help them structure their thoughts and translate them into a strategic report that would galvanize support internally for this strategic change initiative.
