This approach allows agents to focus more on client service and less on administrative duties, streamlining their operations and improving their ability to serve businesses effectively.

In anticipation of a potential financing event, the founder of SureBusiness recognized the necessity of developing a robust financial model capable of enduring the scrutiny of sophisticated investors deeply familiar with the industry. This realization stemmed from the understanding that the model must convincingly project the company's future performance and potential in a competitive and nuanced market.

Through a structured Q&A process in which I had my client walk me through each revenue line of the business, I was able to identify the right way to create an operating model that reflected the go-to-market motion of the business. Combined with a detailed analysis of historical finances, I was able to trace how every single euro of revenue generated would spin down the P&L and reach the bottom line.
